Product Description:
Sewing and center cutting of the placket (knitted materials) can be done in one process with this automatic machine.
No need for skilled labor as fully automatic process will be carried out simply by set-ting the front placket in correct position and easy operation.
Automatic process includes three opera-tions of sewing, center cutting and stacking.
Improve the productivity. (cycle time 10 seconds/piece)
Improve the quality control. (As sewing and ceter cutting can be done in one process, it will be able to get uniformity of quality)
It can be set the front placket in preclse position with two marking lights.
Specifications such as number of backtacks stitching and sewing length can be changed easily through computer programming.
The upper thread breakage detector automatically stops sewing when upper thread breakage occurs.
Standard equipped the convenient front work table.
